For many years now we have enjoyed returning to Moraira on Costa Blanca in Spain. We have the loveliest villa which is on the outskirts of the unspoilt village of Moraira by the Mediterranean Sea.

On this website you can read about the villa, the village, and how you yourself can rent it.

The villa is divided into apartments, each with room for 4 people, both apartsments comprise of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a kitchen which adjoins the open plan livingroom and dining area, The top apartment has its own balcony whereas the lower apartment has the benefit of the beautiful view of the garden and swimmingpool.

Facilities:

Large swimmingpool, barbeque area, television and stereo, heated floors, washing machine and large area for parking.

Special:

It is approximately 800 meters to the Mediterranean Sea and shopping.

Within easy reach is Europes second largest themepark located in Benidorm, which also has a waterpark and the usual nightlife which comes with a large tourist hotspot.

The village is situated in between Alicante and Valencia in the small fishing village of Moraira, 20 minutes drice from Calpe and 45 minutes drive from Benidorm. See "Other links" for more information regarding Moraira.

Moraira is located in a litle bay by the Mediterranean Sea. The village has two beatiful and child friendly beaches which get cleaned every evening, Additionally, there is a very lovely marina and promenade.

Moraira comes to life in the evening and has many delightful restaurants, bars and shops. For the younger at heart night clubs are situated on the outskirts of the village to keep everyone happy.

To help you on your arrival, and during your stay, with any issues or queries we have employed "André Visser", who can speak English, Dutch, German and Spanish. He is very capable and will do his uttermost to ensure you have the most enjoyable holiday.

To fly to Moraira the most convenient airport is Alicante which is approximately 1 Hours drive away.

Car hire can be arranged through André or most international car hire firms are represented in Alicante Airport.

Please note that in The high season The whole of The Villa is rented out as one unit whereas in the low season a single apartment can be rented.

If you wish to rent the villa or one of the apartments (low season only) you can send us a e-mail by clicking on "Webmaster".

In the high season we prefer to rent the villa out as a whole since we believe that the swimmingpool, barbeque area and so forth is not so easity shared.

In the low season the apartments can be rented seperately and are often occupied by longterm renters. If you are interested in longterm occupancy then please contact us in good time.
